P&P is non refundable if you choose to return any goods.

If your order is returned to us as UNDELIVERABLE because you made an error when filling out your address, or, if you are not present to accept your parcel and you do not collect it within 7 days from your local Post Office, it will be returned to our warehouse; there will be an additional postage charge of £3.50 if you require it to be sent out to you again or a refund minus a £3.50 charge for the initial delivery costs.

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 provide the consumer with the rights to cancel orders. Within these rules there is provision for personal products, Section (13) Part (1) Subsection (C) such as sex aids and lingerie and videos, Subsection (D), which due to their nature can not be returned, therefore, orders can not be cancelled or a refund given once received.
